Canvas wraps require extra space to be added to the dimension totals to account for the width of the wooden frame.

1.  Create New if adding a new item.  Don't trust "Batch Save".  You'll need to view the "Edit Table" and "Product Sizes" in order to add a complete item!

2.  Use this to SAVE

3.  Name of visible size and material.  Ex:  (10x10 1.5" Gallery Wrap) or (80x80 40mm Gallery Wrap)

4.  Group Tag is the material as it shows in the drop down menu

5.  Description of material is nice but not required

6.  Needs to be exactly the same as the "Name".  If you leave it empty this will auto fill when line is saved.

7.  If the item is correct and current, toggle to TRUE

8.  If the item can be ordered Direct, toggle to TRUE

9. There are no spreads in wall art.  This should stay FALSE

The most common gallery wrap widths are 1.5" and 2".  For these, you'll need to add either 4 or 6, respectively, to the total canvas size.  This corresponds to either a 2 or 3 inch Inner Bleed.  The .5 inch Outer Bleed is a cut line and included in the Inner Bleed measurement and part of the "Wrap".

For example, a 10x10 1.5" Gallery Wrap will be listed as: 14x14 with a 2" inner and .5" outer bleed.

The DPI is almost always 300, and rotation is 0.  99% of the time you want an sRGB color profile.

Ignore everything to the left of "Color Space"

Almost all metric gallery wraps are with a 40MM width.  The "Name" displays in CM, but the measurement should be converted to MM.  That means you add a ten's place.

You also need a 50mm Inner Bleed all the way around, which means adding an additional 100 to the total size, so:  80x80 = 900x900

Continue to ignore anything to the left of "Color Space"

Unless otherwise specified by a lab, these three materials have the same cut lines and safe zones.

The naming information is entered just like with canvas.

Add .25" to the width and height to account for the .125" Outer Bleed/Cut Line

The Inner Bleed/Safe Zone is also .25"

DPI should be 300 and Rotation is 0

Metric sizing doesn't provide an Inner Bleed/Safe Zone, but it has an Outer Bleed/Cut Line of 3.175mm

Double that to add 6.35 to the Width and Height to account for the Cut Line

DPI should be 300 and Rotation should be 0

No size change is necessary in Standard or Metric, unless specified by a lab.  Enter the size as it's displayed and a DPI of 300!
