1. Check to see if the specs are not actually in the software

2. Use CCTEST https://cctest.fundycentral.com/login

3. Go to Lab management

4. Search for your lab

5. Click book icon to the far right

6. Select the correct module that you are adding specs for

7. Select the sub-product you are trying to add

8. Check the boxes for "edit table" and "product sizes"

9. Click "+Create new"

10. Each of the following headings needs information. Tip: Copy the patterns provided to you by entries already in the system

• Group tag:
• Description: none
• Vender code: size and type
• Active: true
• Generic standard in inches (or generic metric in mm)
• Width + heigh + 300 dpi
• Color profile: SRGB
• Spread measurements (height and width need to be zero for wall art)

11. Click a save icon, not batch save

12. Test in the test build software and search CCTest to make sure the new specs pop up correctly 

13. Once testing shows that everything is correct, check in with your supervisor to move specs to production 

Note: for wall art canvas wraps:

• 1.5 wrap = add 4 inches to measurements 
• 2.5 wrap = add 6 inches to measurements
