Publishing Changes
Once an article has been written or edited you'll need to Publish the changes.
Internal Support
For the internal support articles you can use the "Save and Publish" option when editing the article. You can also publish it without opening it using the menu on the main Chapters page.
Public Manuals
To make changes live on the public Zendesk site, you also need to "Push to Zendesk"
You can do this using the arrow drop down menu by the article name, for the whole chapter, or for the entire manual.
