1. If the user wants a refund, double check to make sure they purchased within the refund window

2. Edit/send "nuke" macro to double check that the user wants to delete their license and get a refund

3. Once the user confirms they want a refund, check PE and toggle off if they're on

4. Process Refund. Reason: Return/refund license

5. Initiate Cancellation: Immediately (Reason: Refund/return license)

6. Grab the invoice

7. Delete their license in ccpro

8. Edit and send the "refund" macro. Attach the invoice

9. Submit as solved
