1. Log into Chargify
2. Go To Transactions
3. Do the following search
4. Download the CSV
6. Create a new tab and rename it for the month.
7. Paste the CSV Data into the new tab.
8. Sort Success column A-Z and delete all FALSE rows
9. Sort column E A-Z
10. Delete all software purchase payments. We are looking for Pro Enhancement renewals and resign ups. Most will be $179 but some could be at a lower re-engagement amount. A re-sign up for pro enhancements will be tagged “Payment for: Full-price component allocation changes.”
11. Re-Share document with Todd ([email protected]), Jonathan Main, Lisa ([email protected]), and Andrew. Be sure to enter a brief message stating you’ve updated the document to reflect the previous month’s figures.
