Deactivating duplicate/dummy accounts

We cannot delete ccpro accounts. To deactivate them, see below: 


1. If a user wants to deactivate their account, you can either change the email on their account to a fake one, or write DEACTIVATED right after their email. Make sure to click "update" to save this change. 

2. Users cannot have two accounts under the same email. If a user has both a trial and licensed account and wants to use their trial email for their licensed account, you can write DUPLICATE right after the email for the trial account. You can then update the email on their licensed account. Make sure to click "update" to save this change.
