How to Gather MailChimp Stats
Here is what we track from our newsletters:
- Open Rate
- Click rate per unique opens
- Click Performance
How to find the newsletters on mailchimp:
Under Campaigns → Emails: You will find the sent newsletters
- To view the stats, click “View Report”

How to Find the Open Rate & Click Rate per Unique Open:
From there you will see the overview tab
- Under the overview tab you will see the Clicks Per Unique Open & Open Rate Stats

Scroll down to find open rate:

You will report these two data points under the Fundy Newsletter Titles Doc

Sale weeks will not have any v10 newsletters, for those weeks keep the column empty
Report the Open rate and Click Rate (Per Unique Open) under each correct category
- V6v7v8
- V10 Users
- Trial

You will also fill out the date, subject, image, secondary title in the document
- You can find this information under view email → Details

How to find the Click Performance:
Click on the click performance tab and we track the “Unique Clicks” tab, which looks like this:

From there, you will fill out the document. Make sure to complete the following information first: the date, subject line, preview line, what the buttons are labeled as, and where they link out to.

No need to report any of the other random clicks, only report the main ones
- Sale button
- Blog Post
- Any Education and/or Industry News
- Storyteller Gear
- Storyteller Group
