Getting to Know the CSV

What is a CSV?

A CSV is a Comma-Separated Values document typically in a spreadsheet format, where each cell of the document is separated by a comma, under the hood. This allows a computer program to simply read in the data and parse it by commas.

______

Command Center and CSVs

Here is a quick overview of how the data in Command Center (CC) correlates to its CSV counterpart.

"Edit" mode

When you click the "Edit Table" checkbox, it will take you into the Edit mode as seen below. For more information on these cells in CC head to the Lab Integrations article.

"Product Sizes" in "Edit"

When you click the "Product Sizes" checkbox along with "Edit Table", more edit options will be added to the right. For more information on these cells in CC head to the Lab Integrations article.

SINGLE FIRST/LAST

When still in "Product Sizes", the sections furthest to the right will be for albums that the Lab has indicated as "Single First/Last". This will be indicated by them having put TRUE in the column. See what those specs would look like, below.

Min/Max Spreads & Splits

The last few columns will be required to indicate what the minimum and maximum number of spreads should be upon Export from the software and if they should be exported as Splits by default.
