What are the ticket turnaround time goals at Fundy Software?
Support hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm PST. We offer a 24 hour turnaround time for tickets submitted Monday through Friday. Any tickets we receive after 3:30pm on Fridays and over the weekends will be responded to first thing on Monday morning.
What are the ticket backlog goals at Fundy Software?
Our Zendesk has a push-push-close ticket system, so automated reminders are sent out. We aim to keep the backlog below 100 at all times by regularly closing out tickets that have been opened for a week or longer.
What are the customer satisfaction goals for tickets at Fundy Software?
We aim for 100% but understand that we can't make everyone happy. That being said, our team rating should not fall below 96%.
