How to create a template
This SOP will go over how to create a template*
*Please note that support can only create/save templates on the test server. Marketing will take care of templates in production for live users
Creating a Template
To create a template, you’ll need to:
1. Create a project *link to zendesk manual*
2. Design a story or carousel to save *link to design/toolbar manuals*
Saving a Template
Once the story or carousel has been designed click the download icon at the top right of your design. Options for Download, Save Template, and Manage Templates will appear.
Download: This option will export your current story or carousel
Save template: This option will save your current design as a template in the test server. There will be options to name the template, as well as add searchable terms
Manage templates: This option will take you to all saved templates.
